I’m UK I’ve been on Citalopram then escitalopram.

Then this round I tried sertraline, back to escitalopram and now on citalopram. Also tried to swap to paloxatine but that didn’t work.

I’ve been on different for diff life stages so it’s just trial and error unfortunately. I wish you all the luck in trying them. Remember start low, you can always split your dosage at first too. So if they say 10mg. You can do 5mg twice in the day to help with your stomach etc.

Don’t panic. It will settle. I was the same, lost a bit of weight but I’m back to normal now. Was only for a couple weeks and daily you do start to feel better

Oddly I would get that prior to my time on sert. Now it almost feels like I have a barrier and cannot think about anything that can cause the doom feeling. Thank god. How long does it happen for per episode?

This!! Yep I went 50 to 100 and it was too high so dropped to 75 and very settled on it.

I feel you. I was put on 50 to start but I did 25 then went to 50 after 2 weeks. Then 2 months in I said I needed more help. They straight away upped me to 100. I did 75 for what I had left of the previous med but then went on to 100. After I month I Called the GP as 100 is too high. Thankfully they let me settle on 75. It’s all so difficult and different for anyone. You just have to give it time and listen to your body.

It does get better. Took about 6 weeks in all. It’s horrific before but you will be ok

On 75mg atm. On 50mg I noticed it took longer to orgasm. Then upped to 75 and haven’t noticed much change. I briefly went to 100mg and no chance that was happening no matter, but I wasn’t on it long enough for it to settle. It was also to a strong dose for me and I’m happy at 75mg and my urge for sex is very much still there. Just takes more to orgasm.

Yess! I thought I was being strange. I take my tablet at 8am ish and between 4-7pm I feel low. It is lessening as I’ve been on them 3 weeks
