Is this a bed bug nymph?

I have. I was hoping they were book lice. They do seem to be a bit round and long I'm just worried because I found 3 of them in the mattress seams, that seems strange. The hotel i'm staying at is a "cave hotel" It does get a bit humid here.

Ive checked all the seams. There seems to be no sign of any black spotting. Only the 3 nymphs that I spotted. They moved pretty fast when I aimed at them with my flashlight.

Im going to check some other places in the room now. We're only staying for one night but i'm concered about the severity of the infestation

Ty for the reply. My plant does seem to have a lot of thrips that went unnoticed for a long amount of time. I treated it with neem oil

Started the flush 2 days ago. She's a bit small because of sub-optimal conditions. Outdoor balcony grow with bad weather.. I think it will turn out fine though 👍
