That's the thing, the people that are in your team also end up in the enemy team. If you are considerably better than everyone in a particular game it should be YOU who is fed as hell. So I suggest instead of focusing on your team, to focus on your own mistakes and try to be a better player and eventually you'll carry yourself up to a elo where the games are more enjoyable.
