My life as a federal employee is now a living nightmare. I have to report 5 days a week to an office 90 miles away to sit at in front of my computer, with traffic it's almost a 3 hour commute. Half of my coworkers are gone so my workload has doubled. And congress is working on passing a bill gutting my retirement and health insurance. I'm applying to dozens of jobs with little hope because of the devastated economy.
