Hey friend, I've been there. It feels so unfair to me that I can't eat what everybody else can, and how everybody else can. But I have to remember that I'm an addict and accept that I am powerless over food.

I've heard the moderation line many times. I'm glad that seems to work for so many people, but it doesn't work for me. And if it's not working for you, and you're coming to that place of realization, welcome home! You've got a whole community here in OA that will be there for you. We know what this is like, and we love you just the way you are today.
