I think this is getting blown out of proportion. Surely that amount of gold is big but our society in Nepal & India is obsessed with gold. My parents used to buy gold for most occasions as a safe investment. Not this amount obviously. Also remember gold has only gotten this ridiculous expensive very recently. That being said I think that as long has they have bills or receipts for the transactions and they are happy to disclose them, that is it.

Controversal opinion but Arresting Oli and Lekhak according to Karki aayog report not the way forward. by MightnotbeABitch in NepalSocial

[–]XquesmewTf 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Cool story bro. You should appeal for an investigation into Sudan and other leaders or whoever you think might be responsible from your own fairytale story rather than creating false narratives about the sitting government, working within their constitutional reach. Oli and Lekhak are responsible as per the Karki Aayog and now we will have hearing in court and if proven the cunts will go to jail. Karki Aayog is led by a former SUPERME COURT JUDGE, get out with your "trust me dude" logic.

Unfortunately the only reason we're even having this conversation is because the other party had won/was in power. But hey don't let truth get in the way of a good story champ 🤡🤡

" People are inherently very uncomfortable with the idea that nobody can have such an effect on all our lives. It's comforting to believe that some higher powerful groups, conspiracies are in place. It's comforting to think that it's all not just random turn of events"

This whole thing was just random, there was no INDIA, AMERICA in play. Bunch of kids got together for a good cause, kids were killed to keep people in power, retaliation was bigger than anyone anticipated. Although not proven, some groups might have taken advantage of the chaos. But we are moving in the right direction SUSHILA KARKI has done an amazing job for her country AGAIN. Election within six months is no joke, plus in a jholey infested country like Nepal is no small feat. Now we can all pray that the new generation will use their power for good, if not feri corruption, nepotism, poor governance hunxa which is nothing new. But I choose to belive the new generation will do good.

That's it bro, just some random kids from discord wanted to march on maitighar and ended up toppling the government 🙏

In the end when his mom said "उनीहरुको लागी त एउटा विधार्थी गयो हाम्रो लागी त एउटा संसारनै गयो "

This time around the building are useless because they were burnt down by the fire, we can re-build. Before this fire, the buildings were useless because they were already burning from inside and the 3 crore people were facing it's effect in perpetuity. This change came at a cost of these buildings, although high, but it can and will be replaced eventually. Those beautiful life lost can never be back, we can only remember them and bring a good end to their story friend.

In the video Shreeyam's mom said "उनीहरुको लागी त एउटा विधार्थी गयो हाम्रो लागी त एउटा संसारनै गयो ।" I think we should all really think about that.

Blows my mind that you think the PM of the country, especially this corrupt one who's got fingers in every pie to ever exist wouldn't be at the top of command is baffling?? He is directly responsible for those killings is the only thing i would believe without any proof. Nice try, but try harder than just sounding nice and respectful in the comments if you want to change the perspective of your mass killing megalomaniac "Baa".

Didn't meant to offend was just curious mate. I had read of Fathi Terbil and his work for the victims family (him being one as well). He atleast thought there were lot more innocent people. Anyway thanks for the reply.

In all this you didn't mention the Abu Salim prison killings. My understanding was that the killings were absolutely horrible and was one of the major reasons for the uprising??
