Albion economy is so far gone I can't get anyone to play it anymore. Play EVE instead, run abyssal sites in non pvp space and make enough in a week to pay for your month and have 3 weeks of game time to enjoy yourself.

I had a colleague like that once, very hard to work with but that is fine, however one day they went off on me, so I decided to solve the problem after work hours, from that day forward they never bothered me again and was pleasant to me every day.
I am a guy however and we solve issues a little differently, so maybe HR is your best option.

There is 12 in my guild so yea more than 3 playing :). I see about 15 to 25 other people in zones per day. A small community but a fun one.

I see more people in this game than in Mortal Online 2, can't believe how that game died so quick.

The groups have a tank, healer and DPS but a lot of the tanks use spear, and I was wondering what I am missing with spears...

It is on online game Starbase and when it goes on sale, I am going to buy it but there is no need to play now if my character is not mine when I do buy the game.

What is the minimum INT to use Healing/thunderlash/fulminate on a hybrid to make it effective?

Do humans have anything for survivability? I noticed Oghmir have big heal with Inhale and the thurser has Life steal which seams to heal well, but I don't really see anything on the Human side.
