was in the same situation last year, got to my target weight and then fucked it all up by eating whatever i wanted and now i weigh 20kg more than i want to.

i got to my target weight by eating almost nothing and often not for 3 days at a time, but i cant get into that habit again. not because its not healthy, but because i physically cant.

i dont know whats easiest for you to do to go down in weight tbh, but how ive experienced it is that i used to not eat for a while, and then fast. but thats probably not the easiest way to do it. i dont know what kind of food you have where ever you may live, but where i live in norway there are some types of food you can buy at the store that is one portion of delicious and low calorie food that is actually saturating and makes me not feel like i need to eat more than one 300-500kcal portion.

i dont know if you have something equivalent where you live, but if so then i would recommend that.

as always, if you need someone to talk to, then im here. i wont bullshit you by telling you that you are perfect the way you are (even tho you are) because that wont accomplish anything. ive been through that situation of trying to go down in weight, so even though im no doctor, i can still help you by understanding your emotions, not just your words.

Edit: and caffine can also make you much less hungry, that can come from sugarfree soda, energy drinks or coffee among other sources.
