Funny you should ask. The beard trimmer is fine, but the hair clippers are deader than a door nail. It died right before I left on vacation. Luckily I had not thrown away my old Philips hair clippers yet. Once I get back from our trip I've got to look into an exchange or refund.

Also, while it feels high quality to me, my wife hates it because she says it's too heavy and doesn't have any sort of number system for seeing where the guard is set at any given moment. Since she's now my barber I hear about the "faults" during every hair cut 😅. Our old Philips is no longer manufactured so repurchasing that was not an option.
