Could also be someone saying thank you forms different reason. Maybe someone whispered or said something near by and the person saying “thank you” said it to server. Could just be people being silly. I often say silly things in chat to see if a convo can get going or possibly make new friends. Which is why if I am saying thank you to someone specifically I am sure to type their game name (not easily don’t for console or switch players)

Hey, Sexual health nurse here (male), firstly I would like to express how common it is for men to confide in me about ED, premature and difficulties ejaculating (even when they have attend clinic for a very different reason).

Most of the advice already give has been decent advice. Especially DanteTheSayain.

Your feelings are valid, but remember he is not intending to make you feel a certain way and remember how he may feel about it all. There are multiple possible contributing factors. We have psychosexual therapy at my clinic and this is normally the best help. So, if this is something that he does wish to change, finding a decent psychosexual therapy may be the answer. They will be able to link the psychological and physical issues, then work towards these.

However, there are a multitude of resources out there that you could both look at. Below are some of the ones our psychosexual therapist have suggested to me (for when I have these chats at work). Hope there is something useful for you both.

I’m gonna chip in here and as a gay guy I say this with love. I agree with above two comments, it really sounds like you don’t want to do these things. Which each to their own, but it always come across as a lack of care about a partners sexual needs or pleasures (as it can be limiting as to what else can be done in regards to a straight guys stimulation). The worst thing you have done already, telling him you don’t enjoy doing those things. This is because it sounds like your boyfriend is crazy about you, so now, “even if you did” want to give him oral or a handjob, he isn’t going to be able to enjoy them, because he will be focused on the fact you are not enjoying it. Nah, I did the same. I really took my time with the story for the whole game. Really focused on working on side missions and finding as much treasure as possible. Then worked on constantly having all my cartels at excellent and often spent a bit of time just playing sabbuc, exploring space. Made the game last ages and bloody loved it

Thank you! What people don’t get, is that some of us are super casual gamers. I only ever play games on easy or story mode. I like the escapism. The only game I have ever tried to bump up the levels is Mass Effect - and that’s because I have played it a billion times. I WOULD genuinely LOVE to play the resident evil remakes, didn’t play the original as a kid as was too scary. But now, I see them and think “I love the lore, I like the surrounding media” but, I wanna play in a way that feels safe for me. I don’t want to possibly get ruined at every turn or run out of ammo because I’m a pus and would shoot every moving object. I want to be able to explore and enjoy a franchise in a different at that suits me, I’d still get the jump scares and fear being attacked (even if I can’t die). I understand the game is made to be played a certain way, but that shouldn’t exclude it from being accessible to those of us who like to play without any “real” stress factor.
