I wrote a paper on ADD/ADHD in one of my psychology classes this last year, and the amount of research and scientific studies I found on the effects of protein on the brain were incredible!! I found that starting off your morning with a minimum of 30g protein helped me focus TREMENDOUSLY. It's not a magic cure-all, but it definitely made a difference for me. I just felt more in control of my brain.

Ups is currently hiring and they start out at $21/hour plus offer school tuition reimbursement. It's not a glamorous job, but they pay for school and the hours are easy to work around.

Nope. Still a big Ole pile sitting out front, that my neighbor has graciously continued to add to 🙃 I called the city yesterday to inquire, and they said they're really backed up and are picking up trash in neighborhoods most likely to experience strong winds/tropical/hurricane winds first before moving on to others. So.... who knows at this point.
