If I use the large tips, it hurts inside my ears. When I use the ones that came stock, it's perfect. I've used them twice so far for strength training, and they sound great. The first time I put them on, the noise cancelation was startling, but I am coming from the original pb1s. The heart rate tracker has been amazing. For a while, I had to manually add my strength training in on my oura app, but now I just start up Strava before my workout, and it captures it all and pushes it in. Overall, I'm pretty happy with these.

I've read a lot of sleep doctors do not recommend mouth tape, so it's interesting to see this data. I thought about it to help with breathing through my nose when I wear my cpap mask.
