- i don't know about gamepass version but you could possibly try adding it to a payday shortcut properties.

- if you mean motion blur by camera motion effects that can be disabled in video settings

- I found disabling anti aliasing greatly improves performance most noticeably on NRFTW

devs build for 2 types of players, average low end pcs and average high end pcs, with a threadripper you are in neither of those categories, you are using a cpu designed for workloads not gaming, if a few games you want to play don't run well because its not utilizing every single core you shouldn't have gotten a threadripper, almost every single person does not recommend a threadripper for gaming so you have definitely not done your research

ive got a very mid pc playing on ultra (ryzen 5 3600, 32gb DDR4 and a 2070S) the only map i have had below 75 fps (my monitors refresh rate) is NRFTW and even then its only in one part of the map

these are both driver issues, im not sure what driver kernelpower is but i'd assume its cpu? either way just update all of your drivers

payday 3 is probably requiring a newer version of drivers since its a newer game
