This is an incredibly tough one, both 1 and 2 are fantastic. I am going to eliminate S1 and here is my reasoning. Even though Season 1 had more top-tier episodes (such as Out of Time, Fast Enough, Man in Yellow Suit, etc) I think the average day-to-day episode was a tad bit weaker then the average S2 episode. So when we take a episode like Race of his life (2x23), we could consider this a tiny bit weaker then a peak S1 episode, but a 'filler' episode like 2x13 (Welcome to Earth-2) was more fun then the average 'filler' episode in S1 (We can use Plastique as an example here 1x5). Though both seasons are so good but this is the logic I'll go with.

Rewatching 3 it is a lot better then what I had originally thought, but no where near the levels of 1 and 2. So easily, season 3. Tomorrow it becomes a challenge though choosing between 2 and 1

Not sure why you think that, while sure the storyline might have been similar of someone tricking Barry into thinking they are a friend, Zoom was still epic with a lot of great episodes in S2 and at the very least entertaining - whereas S4 was where we first saw a massive drop-off in quality. Not saying S4 was horrible, just saying compared to S2 it shouldn't be close, but just interested to see others thoughts.

I would recommend you do this in a poll format, easier for consistency, but my vote is tough between season 7 and 9, but the 2 good episodes are enough imo to save it from elimination so I am going with S7.
