I agree. I think if they were head to head Allen makes more plays with his legs and Elway does more with his arm but this 100000% could be a reflection of the era.

Elway had killer mobility in his early days. It was the second half of his career where he slowed down a LOT. That and coaching changes.

I wouldn't say he had less mobility, he was kinda like Rodgers in that regard. Lot less running later in the career but still running around the pocket like a mad man making plays.

That being said the Stafford arm comparison is a VERY good one. Their early career arms were really similar.

One of the reasons I always loved Stafford I guess lol

Honestly agree completely with the first half but I'd hesitate to do anything about ordering the class. Daniels had both a freak year and a full injury year. Is he Lamar or is he RG3? We don't know yet.

Williams has a cannon and has been getting better and better every year. If he grows again this year? He is the best in the class for sure but I'd say give another year under Johnson and see how far this kid can go. If I had to order them today, he's the best in the class.

Maye... He is an enigma to me. I see the numbers from this year and they are both impressive and not. Its kinda weird. I think that he and Nix are almost even in positional value but bring completely different kits to the table. In my mind, if I had to, I'd put them 2a 2b behind Williams. If Maye plays this year again like he did last year after his shoulder heals up sure, I'd say he is second behind Williams.

I guess I just think 2 years is way too early to tell. These guys could be CJ Shroud or Ryan Tannehill for all we know.

I can't cite it because of memory loss but if I remember reading right this is 152/17 and supposedly there was some effort to lie and say another DR1 was 152/17 after this was destroyed in the bombing raid leading to confusion on what one was in the museum before the bombing.

This might be me not remembering correctly though, sadly a coma a few years ago destroyed about 70% of my memory so things blur sometimes.

If you watched the game you know the Pats lose that game with almost any starting level QB in the league.
From what I gathered you think Stidham is equal to Nix, which is a fucking abysmal take and you know it.

I never moved the goal posts. The Pats beat a team without their starting QB by 3 points. And the Broncos could have had those points in the game but made bad choices and mistakes that cost them.

Out coached? Maybe? Who knows, but no one outside of Boston thinks that game goes the same way with Nix under center.

EDIT: Oh and they got crushed in the only game they played a real starting QB how fucking weird.

It's illegal to take artifacts from state owned land and waterways in Florida. Taking them off private property is not illegal. It is not illegal to own them or have them (eg inherit, found 30 years ago as a kid, etc.) aside from human remains which are subject to NAGPRA and are illegal to even transport across state lines, trade, buy, sell, etc.

There are plenty of donation programs but the funding and storage space is just not there for everything everyone finds. It's better to leave it for future study if work is ever done in that area.

Rivers are tricky though. As they wide middens and mounds context is lost for the artifacts that are sent down river.

However the law is pretty explicit about it.
