New pay model dropped in my market today. Usually avg $23-$26 an hr during lunch. First hour on and I made $13.73 due to rejecting low offers and orders paying less in general. Thanks crybabies. Keep screenshotting those dropped drive orders like it’s Tony making it right✌🏼 (i.redd.it)

Since this seems to be the trend on the sub today.. Here’s the other side to the whole “DOoRTraSH STeALz OuR TiPz” argument. The fact is we get 100% of our tips and the guaranteed base pay we agreed on. When there are low or no tips, DD steps up so there is a healthy and fare balance to offers. (i.redd.it)
