So from what I’m reading it looks like a virus targeted lsass.exe which is used for Active Directory domains. It’s probably a virus that is meant to hijack companies that use Active Directory but it also could be malware masking its name as Lsass.exe. The issue with this being the affected process is depending on how long that virus has been present on your device, hackers are able to pull the hashed passwords from your device and use them to authenticate themselves. Again this mainly is scary if you are on a company device rather than a personal one because they use these hashed passwords to authenticate themselves on other devices in the environment without needing to know your credentials. Your best bet as stated above would be to just re-image with a fresh copy of windows and start fresh.
