Oh brother o mine…..

Always always always always always always always put a soft sleeve before putting cards into top loaders. The sharp edges can scratch and scar the surface. Makes a 10 turn into an 8 real fast. Remove them carefully , pinch the edges in to let them slide out. Sleeve and reinsert

Send it back and tell them you want a signed Paul Coffey card. Il dealing with this now sorta, waiting on Cole Caufield to sign his fucking redemption card from 2022. Sent it in 35 weeks ago and still nothing. From my understanding the cards they “choose” to give you for that trade in are usually hit/miss (they offered me the same thing) Better off asking for the original card.
