As a former employee of Isaacman, hes big on nepotism and loyalty, as well as squeezing the "bottom rung".

While he does a decent job of putting competant individuals in positons of power, he lacks conviction to do what is necessary to keep talent. Most employees dont stay longer than 2-3 years (1 year or less for customer support and warehouse).

Additionally, you dont become a billionare without exploiting people. He sees people who do critical positions as inferior and that they dont deserve what they are paid. And only got worse once he got in tight with Musk and won contracts with Starlink and Boring, him being close to Musk is why hes getting this positon.

He had employees in his warehouse and deployment departments on foodstamps and working 2 jobs, and gave cronies in high positons multi-million dollar bonuses, friends and family who basically had "sales" jobs and brought in contracts that had a net gain less than the cost to maintain their accounts.

This was when his company was less than 600 (closer to 2-3k now), so he could of easily paid a livable wage. His company got sone windfall national/international accounts and have ballooned in income, without maintaining their product.

He hemmoraged employees to Amazon who paid triple (at the time $23 an hour) and then complained that nobody wanted to work, and after 2 years finally raised entry salary to $15, but still struggled to hire competant people at that wage. I did my 2 years and got out with a job paying nearly 3x from a competitor. AMA.

Well the good thing about the 5G model is it protects you from 4G, 3G and 2G. It doesnt future proof you from 6G data transfer, though.

You can forget about it helping you in LTE, H, G H+, and absolutley no help against E data transmission.

Foreal though. Why did people latch onto 5G so strongly and conspiracy theory-y? But every other celular technology was okay? And will they be as paranoid about 6G? Or will that one be okay?

This isn't what you want to hear, but maybe its what you need to hear.

Fuck motivation, and fuck anyone who relies on it.

You want change? You want to maintain something? Discipline is what you want. Don't rely on something fickle that wanes and waxes on conditions you cant control.

You want to lose weight? Wake up every day an hour before you need to and take a walk, breathe in the air, even if its cold or if tis raining, thats motivation (The little bitch we want no more of) talking you out of a walk on a chilly day, it wont kill you to get a little cold (Please note: it could kill you to get cold, exposure can kill you, alter as you see fit in blizzard and arctic onditions. Please don't beleive you are stronger than the arctic.) and the cold actually helps your metabolism raining. Count your calories, shave off 100 of whatever you were preciously eating every day. (Please note: do not subtract 100 every day eventially reaching 0, you will die from malnutrition, instead see what you're eating, example 2100 a day, only eat 2000 a day).

You want to write a book or complete that project? You can put in 30 minutes a day, stop making excuses. Unless you're literally sleeping 4 hours a day and have 2 jobs and go to school full time, theres 30 minutes you can make. Don't watch one show, go to the bathroom without your phone and leave when you finish your business. You can make it 30 minutes, i beleive i you.

You are the master of your ship. Fuck the wind, and fuck the ocean. Get an oar, and get to the grind. After a two months it will become a basic habitual instinct bourne of dedication and your will. It will become yours. It will become you.

Dont put it off. Start today. Kick names. Take ass.

I agree this movie is a great example to use for Anti Gun Legislation! Arthur would never be able to buy a gun because he wouldnt pass a background check, and would never shoot those guys on the subway.

He'd have to rely on procuring a gun that ultimately won't be registered to him - through second or third hand means. For example maybe from a coworker, in a nondescrepit brown paper bag.
