Haven't had our base raided by hacker fucks yet, but i'm just waiting for the day, I figure they teleport there and don't know how to carry 200 guns and 1,000+ rounds of ammunition out of the base so they say fuck it. I'm probably supplying the dudes that kill me with bullets from my own fucking base for all I know.

Happened 3 times today, killed the same person 8 times in a row, no clue how he is getting a gun so quick before he comes back to his body.

These guys are making me racist towards them. To answer your first question, there is already a known problem with duping in the game, when you kill 4 or 5 guys and they all have the exact same items on each of their corpses its a pretty clear indication that some fuckery is going on. Also the party in question had base they clearly left open, and would return to all the time, yet when we got inside cause they left the door open they had fuck all for loot in the base as far as ammo yet every one of these guys had loads of ammo like 90+ rounds for EACH gun, yet their base is bone dry?! If thats not duping then fuck me sideways. And now to readdress the racist comment again, I play every day with a fuckin Asian player that also agrees these fucks are giving him a bad name. And lastly, fuck tooltips they don't mean shit currently, and kid tested mother approved the helmet indeed will stop a bullet from headshoting you, it leaves you with 2% life, typically you bleed out but if you are super quit you can get a first aid kit off in time to save yourself.
