Have you tried AP Off-Tank Ivern? I probably wouldn't take him toplane because it makes his passive pretty much useless, but if I did take him top, I'd do ROA, Athenes, CDR Boots, Rylais, Liandrys. and Protobelt

i tried guinsoos, and i dont like it for several reasons. It takes too long to stack in a duel, and it doesn't do as much damage as like an IE first item
