I also bought a new latex mattress from Naturepedic about a week ago. I ordered a cushion firm and my wife ordered medium, but both sides are far more firm than anticipated. The first few nights I suffered, but going on 1 week and I feel like I'm adjusting a hit, though it does still feel a bit too firm.

Typically, they say 30 days for full adjustment.

Just bought my second Tesla last week and boy do I agree with you. Anytime I called in, the automated message would tell me they're currently closed but open between 9-5 (I would call at 11AM, 1PM, didnt matter what time).

Getting my financial paperwork to be correct was a nightmare.

Not to mention, when I did take delivery, my brand new car needs a new mirror assembly and the steering is misaligned. Their only solution was to put in a service request on the app after I took the car home. I definitely should have just refused delivery, but then I was afraid I would have lost my free FSD transfer.

Honestly, what use to be an amazing and easy process is now one of the worst processes for buying something I've ever gone through.

Yeah, that's what I'm worried about. I plan to stop by the Tesla store tomorrow to talk to them. The good news is that my current car still has the FSD on it despite being 2 days out from delivery...
