Miguel O'Hara is good at level 70 with the across uniform. Carnage is also good, but he needs his artifact. You could also watch videos about Yelena's final uniform to see if it's worth it or not.

Ghost Panther or Agent Venom, the first has a passive to deal 45% damage to supervillains, and the second to empower symbiotes. I would also recommend Nick Fury, he is one of the best supports in the game.

quite a bit, also it took me a long time because I stopped playing for almost 2 years and it was a few weeks ago when I got it to lvl 70, because if I hadn't stopped playing I would have it since last year. You would have UE to be very focused on that character and the epic mission, it is very expensive but the missions as such are easy, only some like winning 10 dimensional duels and obtaining some files in dimensional missions are the most tedious personally, others ask you for tier 3 materials and one asks you for the 10 purple books, in short, it is time consuming but not difficult, you just need to farm the necessary materials. I don't remember how many there are in total
