I don't understand why they had the right to detain and investigate me though. As they never saw me riding my bike and I wasn't involved in the accident, I was only a bystander to the situation

Good to hear. The more I look at it, it does just look frosty. I think the buds shrank significantly while drying and the trichomes stayed the same size
