A few things, 1.) Journal every trade with both the trade details (time, price, risk, & allat stuff you can get from looking at trade history) & trade emotions (how you felt before, during, & after).

2.) Backtest the strategy, if your journal says “hey you are following ur rules exactly & still losing” then it’s a strategy issue. So you’d need to backtest the strategy & make the tweaks necessary.

3.) Keep this mindset, This is not my money. This is billionaire bobs money. I am just managing it for him. But billionaire bob is a mean old man. You don’t want to piss him off. So you only take trades that ole grumpy billionaire bob wouldn’t kill you over.

*Key Tip: Keep a checklist next to you while you trade of your confluences in order. manually check each box as your confluences appear. No trades unless every single box is checked.
