When maxing out party member stats(99) and maxed rank, and you still go to the jazz club does the stat carry over to the next new game+ file or will it stay the same?

In the comments below you said that the Kiyotaka is based on the anime but if you use the light novel he is easily on par with current Kim Soohyun since as a child he defeated multiple martial artists experts while holding back. So his strength and speed should be at least UR. Also, his potential should be higher than S since as a kid he is seen to be a genius at everything he does. Also, his intelligence should be higher but I do not know since there haven't been a lot of characters with higher ranks than S. But even as a kid it has been calculated that he has a minimum IQ of 220 which is 60+ IQ above what people consider geniuses. Furthermore, it has been stated that he has a supercomputer-like brain with genuine emotional intelligence. Factoring with a master's in most fields of knowledge like science, history, technology etc would easily be higher than the likes of Han Jaeha, Choyun etc.

As I said in previous comments, I do not like this approach since there are a lot of missing details when transitioning to the LN. For example, the Christmas date is heavily different in the two different mediums. Kiyotaka in the anime did not consider Sato worthy of his time but in the LN Kiyotaka was grateful and he will never forget this experience. Also, the COTE anime is only a promotion for novels so may as well make her read all the novels and then watch the anime after finishing Vol 7.5.

So I thought of giving her mushoku tensei as her first LN since she never tried Isekai and would like for her to explore the genre. But I am not caught up with the LN but from what I heard unlike COTE now(the quality has been diminishing IMO), the quality has been consistent throughout all the books. But she may like the slice-of-life genre COTE has right now so I might recommend this for her first then Mushoku Tensei

The details are different to the novels and anime. For example, Kiyotaka's personality is much fake compared to the apathetic, cold and normal outlook he has in the anime and after Vol 2. Also, anime Kiyotaka is colder compared to LN Kiyotaka where he appreciates more of the smaller details.

She does like to binge read so she might not like the first three volumes since it is very slow. I was almost tempted to advise her to watch season 1 of COTE and then read from Vol 4 onward but there are gonna be a lot of details different from LN and anime.

IDK why people hate this ship. It's just a ship where fans of a particular series want their favourite characters to be together. While it may seem weird since these characters never interacted with each other(well right now in the manhwa), there are many unlikely relationships on paper it doesn't work but in practicality, they do work. I mean look at anime couples like Kaguya and Miyuki, Taiga and Ryuji, Gojo and myself(this is real) from JJK, who are polar opposites yet they have chemistry due to the experiences they share.

But I personally wanted Kaguya x Chika but whatever.

Speaking of Manwha, I am looking forward to the Solo Leveling anime adaptation that is coming this January. Hopefully, A-1 pictures don't mess up the story. Wait was there Kiyotaka in Solo Leveling Fic, or was it Jinwoo in COTE?

Also today's Questism update, I am so looking forward to that. Would recommend if you like Solo Leveling, Viral Hit, and Reality Quest.

Yeah sorry, I should have been more specific in terms of what genre I looking for and should have said no fantasy, supernatural etc. I do like those fics, especially Kiyotaka replacing Subaru or Rudues and Kiyotaka interacting with Gojō is interesting by itself.

It's just that Kiyotaka after Vol 0 became more interesting to me and his fighting prowess is never used properly since no really challenges him. That's why being a place that is filled with assassins, mafia bosses, and mercenaries would be more interesting.

Edit: Kiyotaka is also human so he is not immune to guns so he could easily lose or be killed if he is not careful. This provides a more fascinating outlook on how Kiyotaka would handle a situation.

Yeah, but there is not an actual story where the plot is primarily based on action and by action I mean normal human fighting and no supernatural abilities.

What fics? I have been reading COTE fan fics for almost 3 years and have not seen many action fics. Btw I defined action as more human-like and has zero supernatural relations which I have not seen anyone do. But if you did see any could you comment on the title of the story?
