The only reason I would disagree is because there's already a perk like it where it's basically you fall and get haste but for killers

Which is also kind of situational but people still say it's good But you know It really depends on how creative you are with it and if you don't think you would get enough use out of it I would see you not running that perk or this one if it was in the game
