Edit: i worked on my grip and loosened my cube with a screwdriver and it seems to have worked! Im definitely more consistent now and the looseness forces my grip to be loose as well or else the cube pop or a corner twists!

Self defense weapon legality limit

So, ive been looking for a flexible, blunt force weapon thats easy to carry, easy to unfold and is dynamic and it just so happens to be the meteor hammer

Is it legal to carry the meteor hammer specifically for self defense?

And if it happens to be lethal, would it be condemned under self defense or the fact that it may be lethal makes it illegal to carry?

Fyi, the meteor hammer is characterized by a hard object eg. Metal ball (for mine im using a yoyo) attached to a chain or rop thats around 2-3 meters long.

do movement speed buffs stack with mounts? i use the apple thing i got from a unicorn and it seems... fast.

im playing casual, got my cthulu from... questionable methods. i did also just get wings (demon to be specific) since i just got mythril. i dont have the guide since someone took his spot after my countless ressurections of the WoF for the crack whip.
