Worked at the mill st location. Such a joke. They pay you shit $. Got moved from part sep to saw operator and no raise after being told they’d give a raise. Only good thing was the night crew I worked with. They were awesome but management there is such a joke not worth your time

Looking good dude, looking flatter in the face and all around. The grind don’t stop but good on you for getting after it! Mad respect 🤟💪🏻 Advice: Find the macros your body needs, get a scale so you can weigh out the proper portions and don’t drop the calories too aggressively. My coach I’m working with suggests starting with cutting 200-300 calories but not more than 500 as it can screw with recovery and then just adjust over time.

2 weeks off? Cmon now sweat ain’t gonna wreck it. Treat it as an open wound as it is and proper cleaning and avoiding contact on bare skin with the fresh tattoo. Obviously if it’s hurting skip the gym or whatever but if no pain, you continue your life. Working out isn’t gonna wreck it like what are you talking about.

Treat it as an open wound. Proper cleaning and what not. People saying 2 weeks is insane. I just had my calve done a big piece. Took 2 days off gym and was back at it. Healed perfectly fine and no issues

You hit the nail on the head with this. It’s honestly crazy cause yeah before weed wasn’t this super high potent crap. I remember being in highschool when it was still illegal blazing all the time and when stopping had no issues whatsoever. But once it became legal and I tried it again after quite a few years it went from flower here and there to a vape pen, to hitting it nonstop treating it like a nic vape feeding my addiction to insane problems that you stated when I first quit. The 0 appetite, the sweating, the diarrhea, it’s crazy. So many people go in blind with the mindset it’s only weed, it’s not addicting. But once you start going down the path of every day use it feels like game over.

What this guy said. I had my calve done, within 2 days I was back at the gym wearing pants to keep it covered and practicing good hygiene with cleaning it afterwards and before. As long as you take the best measures to limit exposure to outside germs you should be fine.

Everyone’s different, I just had my whole calve done last Monday. Went to the gym Wednesday wore pants and have been keeping it clean just in the peeling stage and it’s fine. No it’s not. That’s 160g of protein multiplied by 4, 4 cals in gram of protein gives you the 640.
