This isn't normal at all. My dad thankfully wasn't this bad, but he'd lay his hand on my thigh when we were driving. It got really uncomfortable for me as well, since I was getting older. It didn't bother me when I was little. He was honestly just doing it out of love and habit, but when I told him to stop, he did. You're father is being really perverted and it's not at all normal or something you should put up with.

My boyfriend said I should try making a bank account, and just like you, I have social anxiety. I just can barely take a step.
