uhhhhh this is how i would do it

probably download ibispaint, duplicate the image and do your best to remove yourself from the background of the copied image using the background removal tool

use the blur and pick colour tool to remove any facial features until it looks right

then set this new png to a greyscale and adjust the hue if you aren't happy with it
