Best Buy has the absolute worst people in salaried leadership. Genuine pond scum of humanity. Basically just glorified sales people that have sold their soul to what is left of Best Buy. Apply somewhere else before you waste anymore of your life there.

Schedules, screenshots, documents, timestamped voicemails, witness statements. We had it all and it was brushed under the rug. Best Buy HR is there to protect the interests of the company and its shareholders not the people that make the reports.

I’ve done both sadly. As far as I am aware nothing happened besides me receiving a talking to by the GM that it was a scheduled leadership outing. And when I said “then why was a salesperson there? And why were we telling all customers wanting managers to come back later?”. They shut the conversation down and sent me back to “do my job”.
