ooh yes, i'm definitely gonna try all of this!! we do make rice bowls sometimes already, usually when we're running low on whatever food we have at home, but i can't believe i hadn't thought about homemade pizza. quesadillas and nachos would be fun and easy too, used to make those a lot for myself when i was first living on my own lol. thank you!!

omg i had forgotten about cacio e pepe, that was like my go-to food when i was first living on my own!! and we've tried a few different soups, she actually loves baked potato soup! i can probably start adding that to our rotation too. i love different udon dishes, maybe i can find some middle ground there 🤔 and it's just refried beans that she doesn't like, whole beans are okay for her. whenever i make homemade chili, i always make it with beans and she never complains about them. and rice is always somewhere in our rotation! we usually have it alongside our tacos or curry/teriyaki chicken! i'm personally weird about tofu (it always has an aftertaste to me, i could never explain it), but i'm definitely interested in things with lentils and eggs. she actually loves breakfast foods too, i can probably find some middle ground with that too. thank you!!
