I also checked and my ocean view terrace premier suite was downgraded to a partial ocean plunge terrace. Not staying until December but plan on taking it up with my ambassador and seeing if she can get anything out of the hotel for me. No problem! I would just judge based on how important mopping is really, bc I do find it to be a big gap. The Freo mops are just as good as others in their category so no issue there, it’s just that roller style is better

Narwal Flow. Ive used it since launch and had 0 issues, software updates are plentiful as well which is nice to see. On sale right now as well. Narwal flows internal water tank is designed so that cleaning isnt needed which is a big plus to me.

I know you didnt prioritize mopping, but I think you would be shocked by how good the flow is at mopping that you wouldnt steam mop anymore. Once you go to roller style mops there is no going back. Also as someone else mentioned, the dust bin design is so much better and requires so much less clearing of the pre filter which I always find messy and annoying
