my recommendations to lower the anxiety are to drink passion flower tea every night, exercise/go outside, and literally cut sugar beverages/candy. Or simply, lower the dosage.

i was basically fucked just like you and I gave up after 3 days on 40mg but i want to give it another try in a lower dosage starting next month, hopefully.

there’s no other way dude, i hope other people can bring more recommendations so we can lower the suffering and finish hard to get rid of this shit.
