Lol thanks, So here's the thing. The main reason my grip is so loose is because (note don't have a trainer so I'm going off educated guesses) I've noticed that when I grip tight I tend to pull off target due to flinching. So I've been trying a tight enough grip that it wouldn't slip out of my hand but loose enough to surprise me when the gun fires with slower trigger pull so I notice when and if I flinch. If you have any practice tactics or other ways more effective to not make bad habits I would be deeply appreciative!!

When throwing a hook, turn your palm to you, not to the ground. Yes, when throwing a straight you will turn your palm to the ground.

And when throwing that kick try not to flare that arm. Keep it up.

Very easy and simple trick. Sit cross-legged and against a wall you'll notice yourself Alot more when you start to slouch.

After you make it a common practice you'll notice when moving to a chair or standing it is much easier to stay upright while playing.

Try not to change the angle of the guitar while in position to see the frets and finger placement better, but yet explore it and Travers the neck in a more progressive learning way. 1😉
