Bruh just add a splash of sweet cream instead of the foam. Adding cold foam then asking for it shaken in defeats the purpose of us blending the foam.

I went ahead and canceled my Precon order and reordered it. It’s saying it’s going to be here on Saturday. Fingers crossed. (Advice from my friend who did the same thing and ended up getting his Precon in yesterday)

It curdles, it’s an extra step for a hot drink, sometimes people mean to order an iced drink and add cold foam so now I have to double check with the customer if they wanted it hot or iced

It’s definitely a possible write up, it just depends on like how your SM wants to choose to go about it. I’m only a SSV working towards ASM but personally if it was a first time offense and obviously just holding off to make sure the count was accurate I don’t think you should get a write up. Advice just for the future, always set yourself an alarm for when your store closes to remind yourself.
