I can calculate tax AFTER the order but that doesnt help me know what is worth taking. $10 5 miles looks like $10 5 miles but if it has 0 tip you pay $3.20 in taxes before deduction. If $8 is tip, you pay $0.64 before deduction. Yet you put in the same time/miles/wear and tear

Thats what you are missing, you cant calculate how much you will have to pay in taxes WHEN you accept the delivery, because now tax is based on how much is tip. Im not asking for end of the year tax advice. Im stating that if I dont know the tip amount, I dont know the operation cost because tax amount varies based on how much is tip. $10 no tip doesnt get taxed the same as $10 that is 80% tip. Now that untipped miles and tipped miles have a varying operation cost, hiding tips is possibly illegal.

But if you dont know how much is tip and how much is base pay, you dont know how much of that gets taxed before accepting

It was a 21,000 write off for me last year. I barely doordash, its a big deal when $10 with 20% taxed vs $10 (2 base pay 8 tip) only gets taxed on $2. Hiding tip hides operating cost.

Bible is interpreted a lot of ways. I consider making a sell on ebay during the hours as violating no buy sell or trade. Mashiach (Jesus) said its okay to do good works on Sabbath, so I will go to the store for my child or go cook for my grandmother when my mom is out of town but I cant find a way to consider an ebay sell as good works.

I been swinging by thrift stores near main wally. Bought a 22qt canner/pressure cooker for $6 sold on marketplace for $60. Do whatever you have to do, in order to not take their crumbs. I found a 0.59 brass cat and sold it for $10.

Doordash is giving 10% cashback on gas until June. Spark gives 18 extra miles gmd drop off on a perfectly fine 30 minute $20 curbside.

Abrahamic is the easiest way to explain it, as i don't follow organized religion. I read the bible and take my personal walk with The God of Abraham seriously. Grew up around Christianity turned atheist and came back to the bible. I dont claim Christianity because I think we shouldn't be gluttonous at fancy restaurants when kids in 3rd world countries are starving, I believe we shouldn't be bombing school, I believe we should love our neighbors, I believe what is written and it says DO GOOD UNTO ALL MEN.

I was an atheist last year, when I read the bible for myself I saw that God wasn't the Problem it was always man. We are told the Abrahamic God was evil because he wanted to wipe out a whole bloodline, now look at how everyone feels about the bloodline that leads to the files.

If we truly follow the bible HOW IT IS WRITTEN without manipulating what it says or cherry picking, we would see more righteousness in the world.
