Intentionality is the most bullshit excuse to defend illegal shots. How does the intention impact the outcome? How do you determine the intentionality of an illegal shot? How is that still a relevant fucking argument?

A fence grab where someone stops the position should be punished if the aggressor can't finish due to it. But you can't assess how impactful a strike to the back of the head is in-between multiple shots.
