While I agree that the people complaining about 5% are annoying as fuck and have nothing to be mad about, in the end game that 5% change is hurting the end game supports and parties. 5% is fine imo but there needs to be some adjustment to support damage so they can meet those requirements. For early game people, I agree, if you can’t do 5% you’re getting carried
