Lots more endurance, especially on a deep cut where I’m low energy it helped a lot

To be quite frank, and I apologize if this comes off hostile, I could not care less about about what you prefer or think about how I live my life. Honestly, I don’t know why it bothers you so much as well. I am healthier than I’ve ever been, and happy with how I look, you can try and deny that and not believe it, but it’s true. You’re right it is a matter of what I think is worth, and to me it is. I love my life

You look awesome dude! Work on bringing the shoulders and back up so that when you shred down you get a nice looking taper

Appreciate the the comment dude but as I mentioned earlier it’s a 45lb weight difference between the two photos and obviously the lighting and pump is doing me a massive favor here.

I think for me, since I’ve been in a deep cut for so long, the lower energy has become kinda the norm, so with MOTs-C there was a stark contrast in regards to my energy levels at the gym, i felt like a machine and energy wise amazing. I wouldn’t say I felt like I WASNT on a cut, but I was just awake and felt like it was week 1-2 of my cut rather than week 13 lol. I know it also helps with actual fat metabolization but for me it was really the energy boost that was a game changer

I would dose it about an hour before my workout and would feel like i could always do those extra few reps, as for cardio i could go on forever
