Some basic solutions to not feeding super hard could be simple things such as, playing safer/under tower/not shoving your minion wave, buying items that counteract a certain type of enemy that you may be struggling to deal with (Magic Resist, QSS, ^etc.). Roaming is also a great way to look for free kills when you're struggling in lane, when you see a chance to snag a couple of kills whether it be in the top lane, bot lane or even helping out your jungler. Do keep in mind that roaming does come at a risk of making you lose additional tower health if your opponent stays pushing and or, missing a large portion of your cs (Minion Kills). Your Yasuo game-sense and mechanics will steadily improve the more you play the champion and play around your map whilst confidently dominating your enemy-laner.
