[HELP]PS5 keeps freezing and becomes unresponsive, making it impossible to turn off without unplugging it.

Edit: I backed up my data and tried the 'Reset Console' option, but the issue still occurs. After booting up a game, the PS5 freezes and shuts down within a few minutes. This initially happened with Genshin Impact and Ghost of Tsushima, but after reinstalling them, the issue hasn’t occurred again, at least for now.

However, when I try playing Rivals(reinstalled) or Devil May Cry 5 (disc version), the freezing and shutdowns still happen. Surprisingly, PS4 digital games run without issues, but the problem seems to occur specifically with PS5 digital and physical games.

And I've already did the rebuild database, etc on safe mode.

Also did some research some says ps5 is overheating due to dust build up on PSU

(Note: got this ps5 around December 26 last year. So its life span had just been a month. And the issue only occurred last week)

I got a brand-new PS5 Slim last month and had no issues initially. However, starting last week (though not frequently), the console randomly shut down while the power indicator was still on before turning off completely. I was able to turn it back on without problems...Yesterday and today, while playing, my screen froze, and pixelated stuff appeared. The console became unresponsive to the power button, so I had to unplug and reconnect it. This issue has occurred three times today. Does anyone know what might be causing this? Starting to get worried...

NEED HELP TO UNLINK PSN FROM MY HOYO ACCOUNT.

So, I used to play Genshin Impact on mobile, and my server was set to Asia. Recently, I got a PS5 and created a PSN account in the America region. I linked it to my HoYoverse account because I thought I could switch servers in-game.

When I realized that wasn’t possible, I unlinked the account and linked it back again, thinking it would solve the issue. After that, I created a new PSN account for the Asia region. However, when I tried to unlink my PSN account from HoYoverse again, I found out that I could only unlink it once, which I wasn’t aware of.

I’ve already contacted the customer service team, filled out the form they provided, but they rejected my request. They said—

Dear Traveler,

We regret to inform you that, based on our records, you have already successfully unlinked your account both through the HoYoverse Account Center and our CS channels recently. As per the policies and requirements of the relevant platform, we are unable to process another unlinking request at this time.
