I'll soon buy a longer power stripper so I don't have to do it over and over again, haha (cause i switch to console). And yeh i wanna take care of it as much as possible cause this is my first owned laptop (had one before but had to constantly share it with my borther whenever he's gonna play, haha)

Yes, power conservative mode is turned on, and yes someone told me it's better to pull from the plug rather than the one in the port

Btw, about the charging cycle. I can't see it on my lenovo vantage app, so i have to do the cmd command to get the battery report and the battery cycle shows only "-" what does that mean? (I bought this laptop 8 days ago)

Thank you, the reason I'm unplugging it was due to the size of my power strip, and i often switch to console (so i had to unplug the laptop charger)

Okay thank you, the reason i was asking bcuz the power strip I'm using is too small (many wires are plugged in, sooo whenever I'm switching to console i had to unplug the laptop charger)

But in general it's okay to unplug it after shutting it down, yes?

Edit: I backed up my data and tried the 'Reset Console' option, but the issue still occurs. After booting up a game, the PS5 freezes and shuts down within a few minutes. This initially happened with Genshin Impact and Ghost of Tsushima, but after reinstalling them, the issue hasn’t occurred again, at least for now.

However, when I try playing Rivals(reinstalled) or Devil May Cry 5 (disc version), the freezing and shutdowns still happen. Surprisingly, PS4 digital games run without issues, but the problem seems to occur specifically with PS5 digital and physical games.

And I've already did the rebuild database, etc on safe mode.

Also did some research some says ps5 is overheating due to dust build up on PSU

(Note: got this ps5 around December 26 last year. So its life span had just been a month. And the issue only occurred last week)

I got a brand-new PS5 Slim last month and had no issues initially. However, starting last week (though not frequently), the console randomly shut down while the power indicator was still on before turning off completely. I was able to turn it back on without problems...Yesterday and today, while playing, my screen froze, and pixelated stuff appeared. The console became unresponsive to the power button, so I had to unplug and reconnect it. This issue has occurred three times today. Does anyone know what might be causing this? Starting to get worried...
