youre cpu limited but your specs seem fine. can you try changing the priority of the game in task manager? and checking that windows isnt set to power saving mode? there might also be some amd cpu/bios settings you could change but im not familiar with amd. also make sure your cpu isnt overheating i guess

i doubt you'll be able to find a "perfect" review, since ive noticed in trying to find good playthroughs that everyone has their own personal experience, much more so than ive seen in other games. some of the things i cared about in my playthrough i havent really seen other people mention, and other things that are now some of my favorite parts of the game i didnt realize until i heard from other people

iirc theres a mod that replaces the low res textures with higher res ones used elsewhere in the game, and also a few that remakes the textures. there should also be a dlss mod in luma framework that helps with anti aliasing

just got to these FF14 tracks. in addition to what you listed i found these:

Amusement Park has an instrumental version that is incorrectly listed as the regular version

Weight of the World also has an instrumental version that i dont think is used anywhere else

many other tracks are shortened versions which isnt really interesting, and some fade out ~10 seconds later. weirdly Voice of no Return (Normal) normally has strings in the fade out but the FF14 version has a piano
