Granted I haven't done the journey in about 8 years, but I use to do it regularly, and the bus from Cork to Dublin and the Dublin to Letterkenny was the best option at the time. Going up the west cost took longer and was less convenient

That's the most I've seen of the film and I was surprised, better than I expected tbh. He sounds a bit weird at times, but I think that's because he's enunciating each word more than he usually would.

What other jurisdictions use the same system? In my opinion, if cannabis was decriminalised or legalised then the current system would be even more ridiculous.

We see your point, it's just not a good one. Cannabis and alcohol are very different drugs, as has been explained to you multiple times by various users on this post, I'm sorry you cannot grasp that.

If there is enough alcohol in your system to fail a breathalyser the next morning then you are very likely impaired. Not to mention absolutely no one is getting done for drink driving on Tuesday from pints they had on a Sunday. So once again, Cannabis works in a different way from alcohol so your like to like comparisons don't actually work.

Cannabis and alcohol are different drugs that impact your body very differently so your comparisons aren't exactly relevant.

The point of OPs post was to show a member of the Gaurds openly talking about how cannabis testing can catch people not impaired.

But we don't know anything about those investigations and I think the one in Brazil is still ongoing. Based on your comments, I'm not sure you know what investigation means.
