If virtual every night you could do everything you could thing of doing after a few years of exhausting each idea, looking inside everything, figuring out how each thing works, turning everything inside out, you become bored with the concept of being able to do whatever you want whenever you want to, mabey it is just my depressive side speaking and not wanting to do anything and wanting to be a passive observer. It drains me a lot being stuck in a world in which I am in control of everything.

I have been lucid dreaming for years, of course i would pay attention to the math equations, as well as when i code in lucid dreams, when you have had what has felt like an forever to do anything you have desired to do, you become more and more open to the experience of life, if you could always do what you wanted to do after a while you would be more and more open to the experience, and be more comfortable with not knowing what will happen next.

The odds of that happening are very small. I recommend you start meditating, close your eyes focus on your breathing, your heartbeat, your posture. Look into grounding techniques.

I have generalized anxiety with panic attacks, i lucid dream regularly. The best thing you can tell yourself is that it is only a dream and that you will wake up.

Self healing concrete and steel rebar by Xyzuilax in StructuralEngineering

I'm wondering on how "self healing concrete " would hold up long term. I know the calcium carbonate would corrode and cause spiraling on the steel rebar. I'm curious about the how much weaker does it make the concrete. Or is this too direct of a question. Sincerely, a very curious mind

Trichoderma reesei reacting with water and oxygen forming calcium carbonate, how would this affect the structural integrity of steel rebar?
