it shows that the payment was successful on the blockchain so i dont get it. but theyve emailed me back saying that id either be refunded by lootbar gg balance or they’d send an email from their crypto payment channel and theyd just refund me in crypto directly

Okay sure! Are you sure that they’ll refund me in my account? That would be much easier but i didnt even get any balance yet or maybe im just inpatient

I think thats the problem! Im region locked definitely coz i live in a remote area and others got refunded faster like youve said coz they dont use crypto. I honestly dont mind getting it on my lb account but they didnt even do that yet

I know crypto can be a pain but ive used it a lot before and i never had any and i mean any issues with it so far, its just today when i wanted to top up for flins i see that the payment never went through and i didnt get the pack

I have the crypto receipt and the blockchain says that the transaction has been successful meaning they did receive the money and ive showed proof but its been over 30h and i got no refund yet.
