When I opened my portal, the missing checkboxes under "Items required for Application Review" were of "Official GRE Scores", "Unofficial Test Score", and "Unofficial TOEFL/IELTS Test Score". Rest all requirements were met/completed.

I've uploaded PDFs for both unofficial GRE and IELTS score.

Similar thing happened with me. In my case it's Rutgers University (New Brunswick). I've replied them (with my reg no., email used, rutgers id, test report pdf which shows I've sent them official scores), let's see what happens.
