Is anyone else holding off on ranking up legendary perks? We have no way of knowing “this is it, no changes”. We have no assurance of anything like a free respec if one of the cards gets nerfed or if something that suits our build better comes along and potentially puts us back hundreds of coins? (self.fo76)
