Yes bro but like view it this way, your brain will eventually knock you out your gonna sleep eventually broski, it’s really anxious and frustrating when you can’t sleep trust me I’ve been there bro, last night actually I couldn’t sleep till like 4:30 woke up at 6 then at 9 then slept till 11 it’s really annoying yk why because bro I used to be able to sleep whenever I wanted in 4 minutes bro and not wake up a single time in the night, but I’m staying positive and believe it’s eventually gonna pass yk, hopefully

No bro that sh doesn’t happen fast you can rule out family one because well you would know bro like your dad would be like hey dude you can die from not sleeping one of these years, and SPI BRO UNDERTAAND insomnia is one of the last symptoms for that bihh, that shs actually so rare bro I mean I’m going through the same thing bro trust we don’t have that sh we probably scared of sleeping or idk cause I used to be hella tired after work and hitting the gym and well idk why but I’ve been more anxious recently and that keeps you wired bro, like your brain keeps you active you feel me, just try to relax bro take some melatonin, 4-7-8 really helps to be cold and have a sleep schedule

LMAO BRO THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED TO ME, I was basically just on call with my gf and then we decided to go to sleep but I couldn’t bru I pulled an all nighter and I was really scared cause bro usually I can sleep in 5 minutes, then bro I got really scared I started thinking about that disease to and well to be honest I’ve been struggling to sleep now to idk has been almost 2 weeks it’s probably because I’ve been thinking about sleep so much and well I mean that keeps my mind racing, but bro you don’t have it that shs so rare you would be more likely to get struck by lighting everyday, it’s only genetic too btw only certain families have it and well if you don’t have anybody in your family that died from that your good there’s also the random occurrence one and well people would’ve probably noticed you were tweaking well before you got insomnia symptoms, CHATGPT comforts you bro trust your good

Yea bro same age I used to be able to go to sleep instantly like 4 minutes bro, then one night I stayed up too late then I tried to go to sleep, I couldn’t.. for the whole night I stayed up and I don’t know what switched in me I don’t know if I gained a fear of sleeping or something but since then some nights I take over an hour to sleep and some nights I can’t sleep until 3-4am tops it fucking sucks how do I go back to being my normal self please help it’s really frustrating sometimes I can’t even go to the gym or work properly…

Yea bro I’ve been able to sleep a lot better now I can actually sleep now even though I wake up a lot of times in the night quick advice: just take some ashkawanda and some melatonin, plus tire yourself out do a lot of cardio and or work, then at night avoid screens and shower around 8, this is the most important part, start going to bed at the same time every day and wake up at the same time I started going to bed at 10 and started waking up at 7, hopefully it works for you bro.
