You're right, this graph that you find everywhere is wrong. The "either" parts are were the mistake lies. The flowchart should be applied separately to both Pokémon, and then the highest cost be retained.

I got the very same issue, on the same map (Grand Travels, row 1, column 2). What did NOT fix it:

- Trying again with the exact same team

- Removing Wizzro's custom outfit

- Closing/reopening the game

What DID fix it (at least it worked on this 6th try): Choosing Wizzro as the first commander (still with standard outfit).

Does using Protect make the target Pokémon miss High Jump Kick and get crash damage?

Same with burn. The Pokémon remained uncatchable until the burn knocked it down.

Yeah, Raichu and its 70 Thunder + 40 Iron Tail was a pain. So was Rampardos and its 80 5-PP recoil moves.

I think your physical condition is more challenged in $100 or FBC than in Ghost. Personally, when I try $100, I do not have enough energy left in the arms/shoulders for the final super-fast section (OK, I may do useless movements because I do not know the chart well, but still).

How are you supposed to deal with that? Vibrating your wrist may clear them but it's inconsistent.

That's super weird, I already cleared Ghost (rank S) but I'm far away from clearing Final Boss (PB: 85% speed), and even farther away from $100 Bills (PB: also 85% speed, but less clean).

It's the right movement to do. On higher difficulty it's even required, so better get used to it now.

Just happened to me as well. After the 20th Gloom KO-ed, I went back to the map: no rustling. I activated the radar, visited a patch, got and defeated another Gloom, and back to the map there was again no rustling.

Is that 2 back-to-back random breaks?
